The Spazio Specchi project was born thanks to a path full of changes and inspirations.

My name is Maria Elena, originally from Puglia, I lived in Milan for two years, where I studied and mastered graphic design.

During that time, I loved exploring creativity in many forms, but I felt that something was missing.

So, I decided to return to my hometown, Gravina in
Puglia, to start a new chapter.

The inspiration for this project came thanks to my father, a glassmaker by profession.

It was he who made me discover the artistic potential of glass, taking me for the first time to the glass trade show in Milan.

At that moment, I understood that glass could be shaped into extraordinary objects.

That discovery ignited a curiosity in me that has never faded.

I decided to deepen my knowledge by participating in a workshop on glass fusion, a
technique that immediately fascinated me for its ability to transform glass into unique
and artistic creations.

From that moment, I began to dedicate myself completely to this project.

Today, in my workshop in Gravina in Puglia, I make bowls, plates, jewelry boxes and other objects in glass, blending art and functionality.

Thanks to my father's precious advice and my passion for design, Spazio Specchi has become a place where the tradition of glass merges with my creative vision.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted, following an artisanal process that makes each object unique.

I love the idea that glass can be transformed into works that not only embellish the home, but bring with them a story and a tradition.

"Spazio Specchi" is the realization of my dream of creating beauty through craftsmanship.
